Position Overview:
Sales Representative have to be goal-oriented. The Sales Representative will be responsible for discovering potential customers, presenting our services, and finalizing sales deals. Sales Representative should possess exceptional communication abilities, in-depth knowledge of sales strategies, Sales activation, follow up and the ability to establish enduring connections with clients.
Position Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess potential clients through various outreach methods, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Undertake comprehensive needs analyses to understand and address customers' requirements by proposing suitable solutions.
- Conduct Services demonstrations or sales presentations to showcase the features and advantages of our offerings to potential clients.
- Negotiate and finalize sales agreements and contracts with prospective customers.
- Document sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions accurately in the Odoo CRM system.
- Follow up on leads and provide exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and encourage up-selling and cross-selling.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities to recognize new opportunities and challenges.
- Achieve or surpass sales targets and quotas set by the sales manager or company leadership.
Requirements:
1. Demonstrated success in sales, ideally in a relevant industry.
2. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish rapport and trust with customers.
3. Robust negotiation and closing abilities, with a knack for handling objections effectively.
4. Self-driven and dedicated to achieving results, exhibiting a proactive approach to sales.
5. Capability to work independently as well as in a team setting, with a cooperative mindset.
6. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for managing leads and tracking performance.
7. Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy, business administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
8. Experience: From 2 to 3 years “Preferred in Fintech, Health Insurance”
9. Flexibility to travel to meet clients and attend industry events as needed.
10. Optimistic attitude, resilience, and eagerness to learn and adapt in a rapidly changing environment.
